How Do I Place An
Order?
When you click an Order link, you will be taken to our
secure server where you will set up your account. You will
answer an online questionnaire to provide information
relevant to your medical condition. Once you complete the
questionnaire, you will see a confirmation page to review
your answers for accuracy. At this point, you will submit
your order for processing.
What
Happens Once I Submit My Order?
A US licensed physician will review the information you
have submitted and either approve or decline your request.
If approved, the physician will write the prescription
and send it to the pharmacy where it will be filled and
shipped to you via FedEx overnight. Your prescription will
include information explaining the usage, dose, and
precautionary information for your medication. You will
also receive contact information for the pharmacist in
case you have any questions after you receive your
medication.

What
Are Your Security Policies?
Our on-line ordering system uses the latest in Secure
Encryption Technology. All personal and credit card
information is submitted with the highest level of
security and precautions. Our system also has safeguards
in place to protect against credit card fraud. Individuals
attempting the fraudulent use of a credit card will be

How
Does An Online Consultation Work?
Online consultations are a new concept in health care that
utilize the Internet to improve patient access to
physician care. The patient does not receive a traditional
physical exam by the physician, but rather completes an
online questionnaire and communicates with the physician
using our secure online communication tool. Although
online consultations will never take the place of
traditional medicine, they do provide a means for patients
to receive treatment for a limited number of conditions
that, in certain circumstances, may not require a physical
exam.
Is This Legal?
In developing this new Internet medium for the delivery of
health care services, our organization is committed to
meeting and exceeding current regulations. We utilize only
licensed physicians and our pharmacies employ licensed
pharmacists to provide you with the highest standards of
pharmaceutical care. All medication is obtained from
legitimate pharmaceutical wholesalers, so you rest assured
you are receiving the same medication as you would at your
neighborhood pharmacy.
What
Prescription Medications Do You Dispense?
We only offer medications that can be prescribed from
online consultations, therefore we carry a very limited
number of medications. No legitimate online medical
company will ever offer narcotics or addictive medications
via the Internet. The medications offered on our website
do not require a physical examination. A thorough review
of your medical history is sufficient.
What
Are Your Shipping Rates And Policies?
Once the pharmacy has received your prescription, it will
be filled and shipped within one to three business days.
We will notify you if there is a problem with your order
and you will receive a confirmation email when the
pharmacy ships your medication. All orders are shipped for
Next Day delivery.
Cancellation Policy - You may cancel your order before
your order is shipped by calling.
Do You Ship
Orders Everyday?
We do not process prescription orders on the weekend. If
you place an order after 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on
Friday, the order will be sent to the pharmacy and shipped
